餐廳打烊或在家清理地板時 ，為了打掃桌子底下的部分，會將椅子提起再清理，或將椅子倒放在桌面。將椅子倒放在桌面上其實並不衛生。椅腳部分與地面接觸，且經常被經過的人踢到而變髒。當要把椅子倒放於桌面上時，手會因握著椅腳的部分而沾上了汙垢。椅腳上的塵埃也會在搬動的過程中因碰撞而掉落在桌面上。Hold Chair 針對此問題而設計，椅子可直接懸掛於桌緣上，打掃者將能更輕鬆地清理桌子底下的空間。椅腳的結構中藏有滑軌，一體成型的椅背和椅墊可上下滑動。當提起椅背時，整個椅墊會與椅腳分離，之間因而留了一道空間方便將整張椅子插掛於桌緣。 Cleaning the floor is the daily routine during the closing time of a restaurant or at home. The cleaner turns the chair upside down, then puts it on the table for cleaning the floor below the table, but this is an insanitary motion to people. There is a lot of dirt on the chair feet, it adheres to the hand and falls on the tabletop when moving the chair. Hold Chair is designed to hang suspended from a table for easy cleaning while keeping conditions sanitary. There is a pair of tracks on the structure of the Hold Chair. It allows the plastic seat and legs to separate and hang it when cleaning the floor.
