高血壓和糖尿病是目前全球人口中最普遍的慢性疾病之一,美國一項研究發現罹患這兩種慢性病的患者每年都有不斷增加的趨勢,而鹽份攝取過多甚至會導致腎臟疾病與高血壓以及腦中風,糖尿病亦與鹽份攝取有間接關係。
此沾醬碟的設計,利用凸點的密集程度,來控制食物沾取醬的沾量,使用者能自行選擇自己想要沾的量,不再發生不小心沾太多而過鹹的情況,適當的控制鹽分攝取才能保持健康!
Hypertensive population increases dramatically each year.It is associated with the amount of salt intake each day.With high intake of salt, it can cause kidney problem as well as increase in blood pressure even in normal person. For the hypertensive, it can be fatal causing stroke.
We used multiple round protrusions on the surface of the dish, to reduce the contact of the food with the sauce. At one side ,the protrusions are densely arranged and it gradually spread out to a lesser number on the other side. The person can decide the amount of sauce he would like to have. Reduce intake of salt can keep a healthy balanced diet.
