Recently natural disaster happened very often. Therefore, to provide disaster relief become an important issue. However, most of the time when natural disaster happens the communication will broke down. The float-base station is a airdropped device that can become a temporary emergency communication almost in any area.

Through simple steps, the balloon on top of the station will be inflated. And it will carry the receiver and float up to the sky. And the people can use their cell phone to contact each other. Moreover, the balloon has 4 sleeves to catch wind power and rotate it's body to generate electric power it needs.
