當在岸邊發現溺水者時，無論是救生員或是一般民眾，都會先拋擲岸邊的救生圈，讓溺水者有飄浮物可以抓不至於沉進海中，如果救生圈拋出時並沒有準確的拋在溺水者周遭，溺水者本身也沒有過多的力氣靠近救生圈，反而是沒有效用的，如何有效的讓溺水者可以更快的抓住救生圈呢?
 
Expand Lifebuoy可以擴大救援面積，在救生員拋出後，救生圈四邊握把會因為旋轉離心力而展開，展開後四邊的握把不僅能增加救援人數，更可讓救援面積擴大至1倍以上，讓溺水者可以更快不費太多力氣的抓到救生圈，減抓住黃金救援時間 ，增加溺水者獲救的機會。
