Right Way combines with the traffic signs in the city. It’s a general traffic sign in peace-

time. When the tsunami occurred, it will receive tsunami warning signal, and then it will

convert to the tsunami warning sign immediately, the arrow of Right Way will rotate to

guide people running to the refuge direction in the same time.

People also could know when the tsunami will reach their location,so that let them make

a judgment whether to keep running or running to the high building to refuge.
