郭憲竹 / 永和豆漿 Yonghe Soy Milk  

Yonghe Soy Milk - River City Soul

Yonghe soy milk is the most familiar food in Youghe and it has 60 years history. The

legend were built cause the workers of Zhongzheng Bridge's construction. The wor-

kers can not forget the taste of Yonghe soy milk which is near by the bridge and sp-

 read the name of soy milk. In the meant time, it accelerated the development of

Youghe. The Artist replaces the rigid narrative form to draw the image of soy milk's

function (The advantage of lung, stomach, intestines, ovarian). Soy milk workers

represent the role of body's doctor as well as Youghe city life. It creates the new

way to say a story and has more imagination about soy milk. 

 

永和豆漿-城市生命的河

永和豆漿是永和人最熟悉的美食,前後約有六十年歷史,相傳當時建造中正橋的工人在興建完成

回鄉後,仍難忘永和豆漿的滋味,經口耳相傳名氣逐漸傳開。同時,中正橋的興建也加速對外發

展,吸引許多遊客前來朝聖,雙向的流動同時帶動永和的商機。

藝術家跳脫傳統,用圖像拆解豆漿的功能,取代刻板的敘述方式,以永和豆漿的歷史人物-造橋

工人為主角,引發觀者好奇,並將建橋的精神形象化在人體的組織器官裡,引喻豆漿為永和城市

生命的河。
