絕大多數細菌與人共存共生，但有的細菌對人的禍害也很大。根據研究調查指出，全世界每個地方

、每天都有人受細菌感染之苦，造成每年500多萬人送命，對抗細菌的最佳方法，就是勤洗手。

 iWash為一個顯示雙手清潔度的公共水龍頭設計。此設計以投影的方式，應用數位顯微鏡技術將水

龍頭結合投影顯示設計，洗手時水龍頭上方透明面板將清楚顯示手上的細菌量及狀態，隨著清洗的

過程細菌逐漸地減少，透過面板使用者能掌握雙手清潔的完成度，打破人類與肉眼所看不見微型世

界間的距離，無需再擔心是否因為沒有將手洗乾淨而把細菌吃下肚的問題，讓生活衛生能更清晰地

掌握。

The best way to fight the germs is washing hands often. iWash is a faucet design used

in public which integrates the Digital Microscope and Project technology to display the

bacteria quantity of both hands on the transparent screen while washing hands. The

bacteria die down gradually in the hand-washing process that user may see clearly on

the screen. iWash helps people to understand well the sanitation and ease the threat

of disease causing by bacteria.
