地震造成建築物倒塌的死亡率很高,而搜救時間有限,建築物發生變形倒塌時,現今的救援只能由救災人員從外部觀察房屋損毀狀態,評估結構強弱後,再決定要如何開挖以救出受難者。但現場狀況往往混亂,遍布碎石瓦礫,不僅危險也增加評估作業的困難度。

 

Rescuer是一組事先裝置在室內樑柱接點的訊號裝置,與樓頂架設的收訊裝置,透過5G技術的精準定位、高傳輸量物聯及低延遲的特性,當地震發生後,替倒塌的建物建立結構資訊,由建築內部直接向外部提供損毀狀態資訊,並能夠即時更新於平板顯示器,令救災人員有最即時的依據規劃如何救災、以達到更有效率的地震救援。

 

During an earthquake, the casualties caused by the collapsed houses are very high; however, the rescue time is very short. When the buildings distort and collapse, nowadays the rescue team can only inspect the damaged condition from the outside of the house, evaluate the structural capacity and then decide how they would excavate to rescue the victims. But often times, the scene is chaotic and full of broken bricks and falling walls. It is not only dangerous but it also makes evaluation much more difficult.

 

Rescuer is a set of signal devices, including a transmitter which is built into the indoor beam columns and a receiver which is set up on the roof top. When there is an earthquake happening, the device can establish the structure information using a5G highly precise positioning technique, high transmission capacity (Internet of Things) and low latency characteristics. It provides the status information directly from the inside of the building to external resources and updates all the information on the monitors in real time. # is meant to provide the rescue team instant assistance to organize their actions and rescue victims more efficiently.
