Taiwan's current accessible restroom facilities can only meet the needs of some people, because of the lack of the "care bed" where caregivers exchange clothes and diapers for the disabled. Nevertheless, the size of the care bed is large. If it is to be widely installed in the city, it would likely result in insufficient indoor space. In the suburbs, its low usage rate would likely lead to a semi-disused problem and other disputes. These cause the delay of more accessible restrooms with nursing beds being widely used.

When 5G becomes widely used, the information transmission has no limitation; the driverless system will be more complete. It can turn "people looking for restrooms" to "The restroom finding people". The disabled and caregivers need more convenience than normal people do. When the mobile space placed close to the user's location as needed, the range of activities will no longer be limited to where the restroom is set up, and it will be more flexible in use.

This proposal is not to replace all fixed accessible restrooms; it is to exist in a complementary manner instead. The normal type of accessible restrooms are adopted the most, the integrated type is set at airports and large stations with crowds, and the mobile type can make up deficiencies of the first two. The hope is that these three will form a complete and cost-effective accessible restroom system and achieve the needs of majority users with the minimum number of facilities.
