現有止血帶強調好調整，卻忽略了止血的時間限制，捆紮時間過長會嚴重損傷組織甚至於導致肢體壞死。在大型事故傷患眾多的現場警示時間止血帶提供計時功能，綁上止血帶後依造部位的綑綁時間限制，按下上肢為60分鐘或下肢為90分鐘的倒數計時按鈕，若超過止血時間便會發出聲音與亮起紅光，提醒醫護人員放鬆止血帶，讓醫護人員可以掌握到每位傷患的止血狀況。警示時間止血帶除了兼具分散捆紮壓力和好調整，更強調警示功能。

Existing tourniquets stress good adjustment, but ignore time limit of hemostasis. Long bundling time will badly hurt tissue, even cause limb necrosis. On-site time warning tourniquet provides timing function in large-scale accidents with lots of injured patients. After attached the tourniquet, choose limit time for 60 minutes for upper limb or 90 minutes for lower limb, pressing the countdown button. If time is over, sound and red light will emitted to remind medical staff to relax tourniquet, so they can grasp the hemostatic status of each injury.
