在世界上，有三分之一的人無法獲得乾淨的飲用水。在某些地區，當地人們並非缺乏水源，而是缺少了能淨化水的裝置。然而現今大部分給第三世界的淨水裝置仍是由非第三世界生產，且後續維修與效率維持也是一大問題。本產品運用了水生植物蒸發旺盛的特點，收集蒸發出來的水分做為水源，同時亦運用了當地材料及工藝，落實在地生產的概念。我們希望藉由這產品達成運輸方便、成本低廉、不須維修等優點，以此來促進淨水設施的普及。

使用方法：
1.運送圓環至當地近水處，降低運輸成本。

運用透氣防水布料將水氣單向運送至凝結層，同時使蒸發層的水氣降低以達到增加蒸發速率。運用寶特瓶再製的塑膠製造圓環，只需一個圓環便能製造完整的淨水設施。同時瓶口有紋路可鎖上寶特瓶。
