冷凝種豆機是可從空氣中捕水進行永續種豆的垂直循環種豆裝置，可改善西非國家多處地區糧食不足、取水與耕作不易的問題，冷凝種豆機以當地盛產的銳藥竹、象草、劍麻為材料搭建而成，中央先以竹子作為骨幹與地基，再以竹編織環繞出易攔截空氣中水氣的網狀結構，清晨時竹網將凝結露水，外層以劍麻製成的傳統布料圍繞，則是可減少內部水分喪失，使水分流入以象草編織成的培養盤中，豆類於培養盤培養約三天長成豆芽，就可收成食用或銷售，底部開放式種植區可將部分豆芽移植於此，藉土壤與陽光種植約60天後結豆，便可取下豆子再次種植豆芽，達成循環農業與經濟自主。

Some bean sprouts can be planted in the bottom open area, after about 60 days, the seedlings grow to form new beans to harvest and reach circular agriculture.
