"Bring Back The Lights" is a service design that promotes digital well-being by helping individuals overcome problematic phone use and regain focus. We offer practical and tailored digital wellbeing solutions with tangible devices under various scenarios for users to try out. By providing a hands-on and immersive experience, our goal is to help users adopt healthy digital habits that work for them.
