設計概念源自《黃帝內經》中的「無論何病，必問飲食。」強調以飲食調節身體、預防及治療疾病。將中藥處方與甜點結合，希望透過食用甜點改善現代文明壓力導致的身心不適，並且在體驗過程中緩解症狀。

漢菓房針對與文明病相關的不同情景設計了五套體驗，分別為：安寢寧心、沉眠酣夢、醒神祛疲、安神疏鬱跟沉心凝神。每套體驗的名稱都對應著其欲實現的效果，希望能夠緩解對應的不適。
體驗結合了中藥當中「君臣佐使」的概念，這個概念的意思是：每味中藥都有其獨特的功能與定位，彼此間互相輔助共同發揮療效。我們參考此概念，以四格小物件做為載體，除了在甜點中加入相應的中藥處方外，還加入能夠刺激五感的療癒物件，每個療癒物件各自帶來不同的感官刺激，並在病症中有著其獨特的功效。希望能夠在每套的對應文明病症中發揮各自效用，又能夠相輔相成達成其舒緩心神的療癒作用。
 

The concept of our design derives from the line "Inquire into dietetics in every illness" in Huáng Dì Nèi Jīng emphasizing the use of diet to regulate the body, prevent diseases, and treat them.
Our design combines Chinese herbal prescriptions with desserts, aiming to improve the physical and mental discomfort caused by stress stemmed from modern civilization through the consumption of desserts. It also practically alleviates these symptoms during the healing process.
hàn guǒ fáng has designed five sets of experiences tailored to different situations commonly associated with civilization ailments, including: helping with falling asleep, promoting peaceful sleep, boosting energy, alleviating depression, and reducing anxiety. Each set's name corresponds to the desired effect it aims to achieve, hoping to alleviate corresponding ailments. In addition to incorporating corresponding Chinese herbal prescription desserts, the experiences also include healing objects that stimulate the five senses, the concept of "jūn chén zuǒ shǐ", represents the roles played by individual medicines in a prescription, with each playing different roles and exerting their respective effects. We use four items that stimulate different senses, hoping to achieve their soothing and healing effects on the mind by complementing each other in addressing the corresponding civilization ailments in each set.
